1. Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via reputed courier services between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery time: 10–15 working days, including 2–3 days for dispatch and 4–5 days for delivery.
• No deliveries to P.O. Box addresses.
• We are not liable for delays due to courier partners or force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather, etc.).
• Maximum two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, a delivery note will be left.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are free of charge. After that, a 5% deduction applies due to processing fees.

2. Taxes and Duties

Taxes and GST (if applicable) will be calculated based on your shipping address and shown in the order summary. One order can be shipped to only one destination.

3. Return & Refund Policy

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. After that, returns will not be accepted.
• Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds exclude shipping and COD charges.
• Gift cards, vouchers, and coupon-based products are non-returnable (as specified on product pages).
• Exchanges are not supported. Please return the item and place a new order.
• All returns are subject to quality check before approval.
• NOTE: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported with a video within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Reverse Pickups

• Reverse pickup depends on pin code serviceability.
• If unavailable, customer will be contacted and directed for the next steps.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, logos, and images on jusfreez.com are property of iCURATE Fashion and cannot be reused without permission.
